Crochet 101: The Basics
Behold the power of hooking! This class is all about learning the fundamentals of the lovely art of crochet. We'll cover materials, yarn and hook holding, basic crochet stitches, abbreviations and pattern reading, and project finishing. We start class with a little practice and then jump into a snugly neck warmer. You might finish in class, but most students will take it home to complete.
Prerequisite: None, except that students must be at least 13 years old!

"The class was awesome! I finished the scarf I started in class and have completed two more and am currently on my third. I am signed up for the next two crochet classes and can't [wait]. I attempted a beginning crochet class at another store in town and don't 'get it' enough to actually leave class and finish something so I am grateful for the quality of the Stitch Lab instructor and class." -- Barbara
