Sewing for Guys!

We've been enjoying having more guys of all ages joining us at the Stitch Lab. It's not just the ladies who get that sewing is a highly practical life skill that can save you money when it comes to home sewing, repairs, alterations and be a fun creative outlet, to boot. Men have been taking our co-ed classes for years, but this one is tailor made JUST for the male beginning stitcher in a crash-course format. You will learn how to operate a sewing machine — our favorite power tool--get to know all the basic stitches and accessories. Then we'll teach you basic hemming techniques for jeans and trousers and how to take in a men’s dress shirt.
