Cloth Dolls Series

Whether you're interested in making a child's rag or baby doll, an ethnic, primitive or folk doll, a topsy turvy doll or an art doll, this 2-class workshop will give you plenty of time and tips to create a truly unique cloth doll. We've got lots of patterns (or we can create one of your own) for the doll body, plenty of inspiration for dressing and embellishing your doll, our yummy fabric scraps / trims bin to share, and expert technical support to get the results you're looking for. A great way to use up special scraps, trims, yarns, buttons and beads.

Prerequisite: Beginning I Sewing Series or equivalent experience required. There is a design book at the Lab full of great samples for you to take a look at for inspiration. Not sure? Please email and consult with Leslie to discuss any design ideas before class! < beez@stitchlab.biz >
