Color Wheel Coasters & Pot Holders Class

It’s no secret that I love color, so I’m actually surprised that it took me this long to design something based on the color wheel. The inspiration for this design was a small stack of solid cottons in a rainbow of color and a nearby dessert plate. The cottons provided the palette while the plate provided the template. I put these two simple ingredients together to create a minimal, graphic, easily adapted design. We’ll start this class by learning how to make the templates needed and then focus on whipping up a batch of our very own color wheels. Level: Beginner to Intermediate.

Prerequisite: The Beginning I Sewing Series, Crash Course or equivalent experience.
