Gap-tastic Cowl Series

How fun is this cowl? The gal who designed it (and is generously giving the pattern away as a freebie!) was inspired by a cowl she saw in her local Gap last winter. It is super easy to make and knits up quick with chunky yarn and big needles. It makes a great gift for a friend as well as yourself and is very versatile to wear.

In the first class, we will begin our scarf, learn the seed stitch, and cover knitting in the round. There will be homework in between this class and the next, so that you can come to the second class ready to finish the cowl, cast off, and weave in the ends!

Prerequisite: Knitting 101 at Stitch Lab, or equivalent knowledge (casting on, knit stitch, purl stitch, and casting off). Knitting in the round will be covered in class. Not sure? Please email and we'll discuss!
