PARKING
Turn in the driveway and park behind the house, along the fence line. If there is no parking directly behind us you can park anywhere along the fence line. Please do not park in the driveway.

DIRECTIONS TO THE STUDIO
Our studio is located at 1000 South 1st Street, between Barton Springs and Copeland. We are directly across the street from the Texas School for the Deaf athletic fields. Our phone # is 440-0712.

FROM MOPAC/LOOP 1:
Take the Caesar Chavez exit east toward downtown. Take a right onto the S. 1st bridge and take it over Lady Bird Lake, past Riverside, past Barton Springs Blvd. and continue south on S. 1st on up the hill. Once you are nearing the top of the hill begin looking to the right. There is usually a banner hanging above the street advertising various city events at the top of the hill. Look for the brick red painted retaining wall next to the sidewalk on the right. We are in the slate blue house with cream and brick red trim on the right at 1000 S. 1st St just past "Shag". Turn in the driveway and park behind the house along the fence line. Please do not park in the driveway. If your class is in Lab A, you will enter through the front door of the house. If your class is in Lab B, you will enter through the side door on the south side of the house at the side porch. From the parking lot facing the back of the house, you will follow around the right side of the house.

FROM IH 35:
Take the Riverside exit and head west. Take a left on Barton Springs. Take a left on S. 1st Street, heading south, and continue up the hill. Once you are nearing the top of the hill begin looking to the right. There is usually a banner hanging above the street advertising various city events at the top of the hill. FROM NORTH LAMAR:
Heading south, take a left, east-bound, on Barton Springs. Take a right on S. 1st Street, heading south, and continue up the hill. Once you are nearing the top of the hill begin looking to the right. FROM SOUTH LAMAR:
Heading north, take a right onto Oltorf. Take a left on to S. 1st Street (you're now headed North again, toward downtown). Heading north on S. 1st Street, once you've passed Copeland (on the left), begin looking to your left for a red brick painted retaining wall next to the sidewalk. We are in the slate blue house with cream and brick red trim on the left at 1000 S. 1st Street just before "Shag". Turn in the driveway and park behind the house along the fence line. Please do not park in the driveway. If your class is in Lab A, you will enter through the front door of the house. If your class is in Lab B, you will enter through the side door on the south side of the house at the side porch. From the parking lot facing the back of the house, you will follow around the right side of the house.
